A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, heart-centered experience designed to help you relax, release, and reconnect with yourself on an energetic level. You'll be gently guided into a meditative state as you lie down or sit comfortably, allowing the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments to wash over you.
Many people describe the experience as deeply calming, emotionally uplifting, and energetically cleansing. You may feel waves of warmth, lightness, or even emotional release as stuck or stagnant energy begins to shift. Some participants report feeling more open-hearted, peaceful, and aligned after the session, while others simply enjoy a beautiful moment of stillness.
No previous experience is necessary. Just bring an open mind, wear something comfortable, and allow yourself to receive.

What if I have medical conditions? Can I still book a sound therapy session?

It depends on the medical condition you have. Clients are asked to complete a confidential questionnaire detailing their medical history to ensure a safe and personalized sound healing experience. It is crucial to be open and honest when disclosing any health conditions, as certain medical issues may be contraindications for sound therapy. These include epilepsy, particularly if triggered by music or rhythmic patterns; severe mental health conditions such as unmanaged bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychosis; the presence of pacemakers or other electronic or metal implants that could be affected by sound frequencies; and first trimester / high risk pregnancy, as some vibrations may be too intense for the developing fetus. By sharing this information, our practitioner can tailor sessions appropriately or advise alternative approaches, ensuring both safety and therapeutic effectiveness.​

How do I know which sound therapy session is right for me?

Choosing the right sound therapy session depends on several personal factors, including your physical and emotional state, any medical conditions, and your individual preferences when it comes to sounds, sound levels, and instruments. Each session offers a different focus and uses specific tools—such as sound bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, or tuning forks—to create distinct vibrational experiences. For example, some may find deep relaxation with the deep tones of a Gong Immersion sound bath, while others may prefer the gentle harmonics of a Serenity ASMR session. If you feel stuck in life or have low energy, our Chakra Resonance sound bath will be helpful. The Sonic Bliss sound bath is advised for first-time sound therapy participants, as well as people with high-stress jobs or burnout. If you need to talk but also want the soothing effect of sound healing, you can opt for Talk and Tune and get both a coaching and tuning fork session together.
Sound is highly subjective, and what resonates with one person may not suit another, so it’s important to consider your current needs, sensitivities, and comfort with particular frequencies or instruments. The participant is encouraged to speak up during the session if any discomfort arises.
